How do I improve my team's roster?
You can improve your roster in several ways: draft talented rookies during the draft, sign free agents between seasons, develop your existing players through coaching, and trade for better players using credits. Focus on key positions like quarterback, running back, and receivers on offense, and linebackers and defensive backs on defense.
How do I make better passes in the game?
Passing requires practice to master. Pull back to set the power and angle of your throw, and release to pass. Longer passes require more power (pull back further), and you need to lead your receivers by aiming where they will be, not where they are currently. Be careful not to overthrow or put too much power on short passes, as this increases the chance of interceptions.
What are credits used for?
Credits are the in-game currency that can be used for various team improvements: signing free agents, extending player contracts, upgrading your facilities (training, rehabilitation, and scouting), and trading for new players. You earn credits by winning games, meeting fan expectations, and completing achievements.
How do I deal with toxic players?
Toxic players can hurt team morale. You have several options: you can trade them away (often the easiest solution), you can try to improve their morale by winning games and giving them playing time, or you can release them if necessary. Sometimes the best move is to cut your losses with a toxic player, even if they're talented, as team chemistry is important for overall performance.
